Art Studio 18 is a small-scale affordable artists studio provision in Bexhill, East Sussex. The building was originally constructed for use as a laundry business in the late 1990's, it was for a while used as secondhand furniture store, and has now been converted into quality studio work-space for artists.
There are five studio spaces in total, ranging from 100sq ft - 400sq ft, the spaces are semi-open plan with shared sinks, tea station and workshop.
The studios have been designed with visual artists in mind, making use of great light, useable walls where work can be hung & a concrete floor that is good for sculptural work.

Studio prices are maintained at an affordable rate set at £10 Per sq ft, per year so as an example a 150 sq ft space costs £125 a month
